Student Box is an online community for students with a university email address in the world. It is designed to help you academically and socially in the same time by providing you with a link for you to share information between your friends and (or) class mates. This service is brought to you free of charge, and is built in such a way that you can control at all times your information, and who can actually access it. By editing your settings you can monitor who can do what.

Student Box reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Student Box Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Student Box Services. By using the Student Box Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Student Box Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Student Box). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. Student Box reserves the right to change, limit or revoke membership to the Web site and Service without assigning any explanation or incurring any liabilities. Eligibility:

Student Box is open to all students in selected universities as long as they have a university email address to confirm their student status. By using the Student Box Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information

Term of Use:

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use Student Box or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Settings page.

Conditions of Use:

This website is for personal use, only of the individual members. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the service or the website for any purpose without our prior consent. Passwords and compiled names, photos, links, and Web site content are not to be transferred or copied from the Web site for use with any other product or service. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Web site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Web site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injuctive redress.

Fees

You acknowledge that StudentBox reserves the right to charge for some Student Box Services (such as sending an sms) and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If StudentBox terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

Privacy

Use of the Student Box Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Proprietorship

Student Box owns and retains proprietorship of the Web site and the Service. The Web site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of student Box. Except for that information for which you have been given written permission, or that which you yourself have entered into the Website, you may not copy, publish, transmit, or sell any such proprietary iformation.

Copyright

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of Us, or the owner of such proprietary information.

Sharing your information with third party:

We do not provide your contact information to any third party without your permission. The information you put in your profile can be modified in your settings to allow people to see or not your profile, phone number, address, send you messages send you email. Only in particular circumstances will we share such information: We think it is necessary for a Legally required permitee

Student Box is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Student Box Website or in connection with the Student Box Services, whether caused by Users of the Student Box Services or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Student Box Services. Profiles created and posted by Members on the Student Box Website may contain links to other websites. Student Box is not responsible for the Content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by Student Box. Inclusion of any linked website on the Student Box Services does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by Student Box. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. Student Box takes no responsibility for third party advertisements which are posted on this Student Box Website or through the Student Box Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the goods or services provided by its advertisers.
